A pair of patinated & gilt bronze stork candlesticks from the second quarter of the 19th century, by Thomas Abbott. The standing stork with gilder d crown encircling its neck, holding aloft a single sconce hung with glass drops, and standing on a naturalistic rocky platform. ‘Abbott’ cast into weighted base. Re patinated.
